Please order by title. Orders are accepted via fax, mail, telephone or e-mail. The items on our site, at the time of listing, are all available. We make every effort to keep the site updated with new material & deletions, although many times we are notified of deleted or discontinued items when reordering. All prices quoted are USD - United States Dollars. Please see above on how we can be contacted.

We will try our best to fill special orders. Some items may be discontinued or out-of-print, but we'll make every effort to find out for you.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders, international postal money orders, and PayPal as payment. All checks must clear our bank before merchandise will be shipped. If you wish to email your order & credit card information, we suggest splitting the card number & emailing this info in two parts - please include name as it appears on card & expiration date. Doo Wop Shoo Bop will ship international. Please email us with your order and the shipping address and we will quote you shipping charges prior to shipping, as shipping costs are based on weight and destination. To save on international postage, please consider shipping CDs without jewel cases.

Gift certificates will be honored thru mail-order. When using mail-order, we will send an accounting of monies along with the items.

RETURN POLICY: You may return any unopened item within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full credit of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges. Opened product can be returned only if item is defective. Defective items will be replaced with the same title if available. If you paid by credit card and are not exchanging merchandise, we will automatically issue a refund to the credit card used on the original order. Orders paid for by check or money order will recieve a credit memo. To return an item, please indicate the reason for return, include a copy of the invoice/packing slip with the item you are returning, wrap the package securely and ship it to us via USPS FOURTH CLASS/MEDIA MAIL to the attention of RETURNS DEPARTMENT. We will credit/refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error.
